If you cancel the service (request to remove your vehicle) within 7 days of registering, you will be entitled to a refund. The request must be made within 7 days of registering by creating a new support ticket - Contact Us: Create a Support Ticket - or - by emailing your request to customerservice@simetra.co.uk.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Vehicle registration; and
- Mobile Number; and
- PayPal Email Address; or
- Subscription ID
Successful refund requests will be processed within 10 working days (usually much quicker).
